What You Pay For

You pay for your market items, plus two small charges.

  • Service charge, for our time, market expertise, and packaging
  • Delivery fee, for getting it safely to your door

That's it. Nothing else.

Service Charge

We charge 10% of your total market list. Fixed for everyone, every time.

Example: You order 12,000 NGN in goods. Service charge is 1,200 NGN.

Delivery Fee

Based on how far you are from Bodija.

How You Pay

  • Payment comes before we shop. No exceptions.
  • Pay by transfer, Opay, Moniepoint, or any Nigerian payment app.
  • Send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp to confirm.
  • If market prices change, we tell you first. We never spend more without your okay.

If Something Goes Wrong

We get it. Sometimes things slip.

We'll make it right if:

  • An item is missing from your delivery
  • Something arrives spoiled, damaged, or wrong
  • We bought something you didn't ask for, without your approval

How to report it:

  • Message us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery
  • Send a photo if it's damaged or wrong
  • We respond within 24 hours
  • You get store credit on your next order, or a cash refund within 48 hours

This doesn't cover:

  • Changing your mind after we've already shopped
  • A price increase you were told about and approved
  • A wrong address given by you
